  Registering for this event is how you pay your instructor fees to the Liberal Gun Club. You are not fully certified until this step is completed, and you must be an active member for your instructor certification to be valid. Please ensure you use the SAME email address that you have set as your membership email address for tracking purposes.

  IMPORTANT: Only select one of these registration types. If you sign up for Firearms Familiarization, you also get Intro to Range Safety, and if you pick Defensive Pistol, you get BOTH of the other courses made available to you.

  We are holding our monthly chapter meeting on 19 March at 8pm. 

  Due to recent events there has been an influx of new members.  We have monthly meetings (online) and go to SEG in Ashburn, VA for a monthly range day.  We have classes (https://liberalguntraining.org/) and can also do informal firearms familiarization at our range day.  

  Whats happening this month?

  This month, we will be hosting a Meet & Shoot at the Sacramento Gun Range, located at 3443 Routier Rd, Sacramento, CA 95827. Come meet and greet with your fellow LGC members and win fabulous swag and prizes!
  

  Bring your own stuff, rent at the range, or explore what other bring. This will be a fun morning regardless of experience level.

  You are responsible for all range fees and charges, which we believe is $25 per person, plus any rental fee and ammunition cost.  We will meet at 10:00 AM by  benches outside the range.

  As promised, we are trying to schedule events in different counties to include all of our members around the State. This month we will be hosting a range day at the Route 66 Shooting Sports Park, located at 15810 Cajon Blvd., San Bernardino, CA 92407. We made a large group reservation under the name Willie Ashford, so if you give that name on check-in, the staff will direct you where to go. We will also be posting in Discord and Signal. Here's hoping we get more than 10 people!

  Bring your own stuff, rent at the range, or explore what others bring. This will be a fun morning regardless of experience level.

  You are responsible for all range fees and charges, which are $36 per person for two hours plus any rental fees or ammunition/target costs you incur.

• March LGC DMV Range Trip

  I am  excited to announce the LGC DMV March trip to Silver Eagle Group (21550 Beaumeade Circle Ashburn, VA 20147).
  

  If this is your first time at SEG, arrive early to get the range safety brief.  You should also sign the range's waiver online to save time when you arrive.  We typically use the 25 yard range. We will meet at 11am and expect to wrap up by about 12:30. Afterwords we get lunch nearby. 
  

  You will need to pay for the range fee to SEG.  SEG rents firearms, sells ammo, accessories and targets.  If you have questions regarding specific range policies, contact them directly. 

  We strongly recommend that you use a case instead of a holster to transport firearms.  While SEG allows holstered firearms, cases simplify administrative handling at the range's firing line.  We prohibit holsters that rely on the use of one's trigger finger to disable the holster's retention, such as the SERPA, because its an inherently unsafe design.
  

  When you arrive, we will be in the club room behind the sales counter.
  

  • If you have not been previously, you will need to sign their waver and take the range safety class.  Plan to arrive 45 minutes early. 
    
  • We will start at 11am. 
    
  • If you have specific questions about the facility, contact SEG directly for guidance.
    
  • If you are bringing a guest, make sure they sign the LGC event liability waver.
    
  • Registration is open until 20 March so that we can give SEG a firm number on the 21st.

• Upcoming Florida Chapter Range Day & Meet Up

  Hello Liberal Gun Club Florida Members! We recently asked which range the chapter would like to have our spring range day at & the winner, by a slight margin, is Triple N in St. Cloud, FL.  PLEASE NOTE: The FB page & Discord server are closed/private, so you will need to request to be added before you can interact with either one. For the range day, we are looking to meet up around 11am on Saturday, April 5th, at Triple N Gun Range in St. Cloud, FL.  Make sure you check in at the main office & then look for me on the pistol range.   Afterwards, we will head out to meet up for some lunch & discussions. The restaurant has yet to be determined as it will depend on RSVP's for the day so that will be announced during the range day. Please make sure to bring something to drink as we never know what the weather will be like & it doesn't hurt to grab some breakfast too. Thanks everyone, look forward to seeing you soon! • Liberal Gun Club Minnesota Range Day

  Join the Minnesota chapter at a Metro-area indoor/outdoor range for a "meet & shoot" range day.

  This event is open to members and friends.

  You'll have access to long-range rifle bays, a handgun area, and trap shooting. As always, you can continue the fun after the range at a local restaurant for drinks and lunch with your fellow 2a-lovin' libs.
