It's happening, y'all!

We'll start at 10:30am with a meeting in the Pavillion. We'll discuss Club business, talk about anything, and - no guarantee as of yet, but - Bill is reaching out to State Senator Patrick Joyce to see if he can stop by to meet us and chat about any questions or advise you're seeking.

UPDATE!! Senator Joyce is unavailable for that date, but Bill reached out to the LatinX Caucus and THREE State Representatives have confirmed meeting with us and staying to shoot, too! We'll be meeting:

 Assistant Majority Leader Representative Jaime M. Andrade, Jr. (D) 40th District;

Representative Edgar Gonzalez, Jr. (D) 21st District; and

 Representative Aaron M. Ortiz (D)1st District

At 12:30 we'll move to Range 11, one of the Tactical Ranges with a covered area in case of inclement weather. Due to the size of this range, 25 yards, this shoot is limited to PISTOLS, PCC's AND 22LR RIFLES ONLY.

However, since we will have control over the firing line and can place ourselves anywhere inside the range, we will be able to have an introductory/basic holster draw session. You must have an appropriate OWB holster (no Serpa or nylon) and it's recommended to have at least two magazines and carriers for them. We will not be doing any concealment or IWB drawing.

Bring a sack lunch and/or snacks, and drinking water or other beverages you'd like. We will be outside in a wooded area, and will be rain or shine, so pack as needed! There is no store close by, so bring all the ammo and other supplies you think you'll need!

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT! I NEED A HEAD COUNT AND THE EVENT WAIVERS THAT COME WITH THE REGISTRATION.

This is a combined event, I will need everyone who wants to shoot to come to the meeting, or contact me separately if you can only come to the shoot portion - the RSO's at the ISRA Range will need to go over Range Rules and Guidelines before we hit the range, and they will want to do that once - so if they're only available at our initial arrival, everyone needs to be there. It's a super busy day for them, there are at least two leagues competing that day so they'll have their hands full.
