Sorry about the late notice but as required by our bylaws, we are holding our monthly LGC meeting on JAN26. I've been concentrating on the VA lobby day so I've been a little slow getting this email out.
Here is a quick agenda:
- Brief discussion of the VA Lobby day in Richmond, VA. We were joined by PT Jones of the Strong Arms NAAGA Chapter.
- The Washington County Democratic Party is realizing that gun control is politically a loser ((https://cardinalnews.org/2023/01/20/washington-county-democrats-are-rebranding-themselves-in-support-the-second-amendment/)). We are hoping to meet with their leadership.
- Whatever other members want to discuss.
Its very exciting to have a way forward on starting to develop the legislative contacts to begin to influence the legislative process.
