Howdy Folks!
We're starting a new LGC tradition, would you like to join us?
The west coast has some very active chapters out here and we think it would be a Good Thing for us to get together. This year we are having it in Central Oregon, but next year we'll move it around to another location to keep it interesting.
Saturday, May 25.
We will meet at 8:30 am to join LGC volunteers helping with Izaak Walton League range day cleanup, then set up for our event. Izaak Walton League is a members-only facility, so this is great way to be introduced to the range. I'm excited to see this facility and meet the membership there.
10:30 am(ish) We will start shooting at the facility. There will be a couple pistol bays w/ target stands and some steel targets(we hope) and rifle range w/ 50/100/200 yard target stands.
3 pm - 5(ish) BBQ get together at local Eugene LGCer's house- This will be an informal gathering to get to know each other with drinks and stuff for the grill.
End of the day's events except for those who want to explore Eugene's pub scene
